Notice of Amended Petition - ADAUGO AMAKOR V NNAMDI AMAKOR & JENNIFER CHISOM (IKD/9661WD/2021)

By the Order of Hon. Justice A. F. Pokanu of the High Court of Lagos State Ikorodu Division, made on 22nd day of February 2023, the Court directed the petitioner to serve the Amended Petition for the Dissolution of Marriage on Ms Jennifer Chisom who was named as the 2nd Respondent in the petition. The Court adjourned the suit to 19 April 2023 for Continuation of Trial. The Hearing Notice, Order of Court and the Amended Petition are presented below.
